CONCERTS

At the end of each academic year, we host a concert for our students at a venue in London or Greater London. Teachers select pupils who are ready to perform, showcasing a range of ages and abilities. We also encourage duets and chamber groups to perform; teachers will pair students of similar levels together for the concerts, and have rehearsals to ensure the performances are to a high standard.

These concerts are a fun and rewarding way for Academy students to meet, listen to one another, and perform together. In a world where music can often become focused solely on grades and exams, these performance opportunities remind us of the true joy and purpose of making music.

MASTERCLASSES

Man in Theater with Script

Masterclasses offer students a unique opportunity to perform in front of an audience and receive expert guidance from a distinguished musician. After each performance, the 'master' provides a lesson, which is open to observers.

These sessions are ideal for students preparing for graded exams, scholarship auditions, or upcoming performances. Masterclasses not only help students hone their performance skills, but also offer invaluable advice from experts in the field.

We aim to feature a different musician for each masterclass, ensuring a diverse and enriching experience for our students.
